My goal is to provide a positive shopping experience, with thoughtfully crafted body care products, carefully chosen crystals, and cozy home decor that bring a little extra beauty into your day. Here’s a bit of info to help with any questions or issues that might pop up along the way.
Crystal Orders
Each crystal here is a one-of-a-kind piece of nature’s art, so please know that small cracks, natural vugs, and color variations are part of their charm. I don’t accept returns or exchanges on crystals due to their delicate and variable nature, but I want you to be happy with your order! If your item arrives damaged or if there's an issue with your order, please reach out within seven (7) days of delivery, and I’ll work with you to find a fair solution.
Bath & Body Care Orders
Each product in my body care line is crafted with intention, using high-quality ingredients that nourish and pamper. Due to hygiene reasons, I am unable to accept returns or exchanges on these items. However, if there’s a problem with your order—like a shipping mishap or a missing item—please reach out within seven (7) days, and I’ll make sure to help.
Shipping & Processing
I do my best to ship out orders within the stated processing times. Once your package is with the carrier, please allow time for delivery and remember that some delays can be out of our control. If you need help with tracking or have concerns, feel free to contact me!

Cancellations
Sometimes plans change, and I get that! I accept cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order. After that time, the order may already be in progress or shipped, so please reach out quickly if you need to cancel
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once packages are with the carrier, I am no longer in direct control of the shipping timeline. However, if your order seems to be lost or significantly delayed, let me know, and I’ll do my best to help track it down or work with you on next steps.

I use natural ingredients in my body care line, but please read each product’s ingredient list carefully to check for any personal allergens. While all items are crafted with care in a clean environment, those with sensitive skin or allergies should patch-test new products first. Discontinue use if any irritation occurs. Use at your own risk.
